WHAT ARE COOKIESS
Cookies are information files that the browser automatically saves to the hard drive of the device the user is using when browsing a site and allow it to collect information about the navigation performed. Cookies are stored, based on user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device being used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies, such as, for example, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, can be used to collect information about user behavior and use of services. Therefore, below we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies using the term "cookies".
Cookies are called "first-party" when they are set by the website the user is visiting, while they are "third-party" when they are set by a website other than the one the user is visiting.
The use of third-party cookies is governed by the rules prepared by those third parties and, therefore, in order to manage or disable them, you should review the privacy notices and directions posted on the websites of those third parties.
The duration of installed cookies can be limited to the browsing session or extend for a longer time, even after the user has left the visited site. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is set by the server when they are created. In some cases an expiration date is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited. To disable, remove or block cookies, however, you can use your browser settings (as will be further detailed below) or the DoNotTrack option, where available. In case of deactivation, the Owner cannot guarantee the full usability of the website.
The Owner does not require the user's consent for the installation of strictly technical cookies, which occurs automatically upon accessing the Site. However, the user can also block or remove technical cookies by changing the configuration of the browser options. In this case, we point out how you may then not be able to access certain areas of the Website or use some of the services offered. On the other hand, all cookies other than technical cookies are installed or activated only following the consent given by the user the first time he or she visits the Website. Consent can be expressed by interacting with the short information banner on the landing page of the Site, in the manner indicated in that banner; or it can be provided in the manner of indicated later in this policy. The user always has the option of revoking all or part of the consent already expressed.
Of the consent to the installation of cookies expressed through the banner we keep track through a special technical cookie, so that we do not have to display the banner during subsequent visits to the Site. Of course, should the user delete this technical cookie, the trace of the consent would be lost and, therefore, during the next visit to the Site the cookie banner will be displayed again.

Social buttons
"Social buttons" are buttons that depict social network icons (e.g., Instagram or TikTok) and allow users who are browsing to interact directly with social platforms. The social buttons on the Site are links that refer to the Controller's accounts on the indicated social networks. Through the use of such buttons, therefore, no third-party cookies are installed on the Site.

PROVISION OF DATA
Except for the technical cookies strictly necessary for normal navigation, the provision of data is left to the will of the user who decides to browse the Site after having read the brief information contained in the appropriate banner, and to take advantage of the services that involve the installation of cookies.
